Meet & Greet

3 If it looks like a good fit on both sides, we'll arrange a no-pressure Meet and Greet. After your visit, take some time to reflect - there's no rush!

Home Ready Check

4 If you decide to move forward, we'll do a quick property check (either in person or online) to ensure your home is a safe and happy space for your new family member.

Trial Time

5 You will start with a 4-week trial period - with full support from our team if you need help with the settling-in process. If things don't work out during this time, we will take them back and issue a full refund - No Judgement, Just Understanding.

6 If everything goes well (and paws crossed it does!). you're new furry friend becomes a permanent part of your family. And don't worry - we are always here if you need advice, support, or just want to share happy updates!
